XMAS POSTCARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS During December 2011 we sent out some postcards to random customers from our customer database. If you were lucky enough to receive a postcard with the £20 voucher, here is what you need to know about using it: 1. Minimum normal spend £80 (£80-£20=£60) 2. Can be used against tattooing or lasering/IPL 3. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer 4. Must be used as deposit or cash balance by 5th April 2012 5. Must be used by the person named on the card. 6. One voucher per customer. CONSULTATIONS You do not always have to book but we recommend it. Wendy is usually booked up and you will need to book a consultation to discuss ideas with Wendy. Painless Chris or Dave Hall might be available, but there are no guarantees. BOOKING FOR A TATTOO If you do want to book, we ask a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. If you want a "walk-in" slot, please turn up early in the day so there is time to get your design ready. People who turn up at 4:30 when we close at 5:30 often leave disappointed and we don't want to disappoint you! DESIGNS If you need us to design something for you, we require a deposit to demonstrate commitment on your part. Deposits are non-returnable. APPOINTMENT CHANGES If you need to re-arrange your appointment, you must give AT LEAST 24 HOURS notice by phone or in person, otherwise you will lose your deposit. If you fail to show without letting us know, you will not be offered another appointment. NO CHILDREN Sorry but we do not allow children in the studio AT ALL. Unfortunately we have had problems with parents allowing their children to misbehave, including ripping valuable design sheets, pulling pictures off the walls, screaming, shouting, running around, putting fingers in clinical waste bins, etc. Its unsafe for them and its not exactly conducive to us concentrating on giving you a good tattoo!! Children get bored and a tattoo studio is not a good environment for them. With all due respect, please leave them at home. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OVER FOR A TATTOO If you are under 25, expect to be asked to photographic ID which proves your age. This MUST BE a new style driving licence or a passport. NO ID, NO TATTOO. If you fail to prove your age you will lose your deposit, so please make sure you have ID at the time of booking. Parental permission is irrelevant. The law says over 18 and that's that. BE CLEAN, BE SOBER You must be freshly washed, not only out of respect for us but also for tattoo safety reasons. We will not tattoo you if you have been drinking or taking drugs. Even half-a-pint is too much, as it makes you bleed more. You don't need Dutch courage so leave the pub alone until you celebrate your new tattoo afterwards! If we have to turn you away you will lose your deposit.
We are not currently offering a piercing service. |
Contact InformationWe prefer you to visit the shop to discuss your needs because tattoos are a visual medium and its difficult - if not impossible - to do by phone or e-mail. Phone for a time for a free consultation. However if you have general queries which are not answered in our advice section, by all means e-mail us or call us.
You can also find us on myspace and facebook: www.facebook.com/kustomkulturetattoos - this probably is the most up-to-date source of info on our recent tattoos and conventions coming soon - check it out!
